Q: I DON’T HAVE A COMPUTER. WILL I NEED TO GET ONE?

A: No. Your website provides a 24-hour a day display of your work. It also allows your customers to read about the standard of your work in testimonials provided by your best customers. Your site will include all relevant contact details for you – so if you don’t have e-mail they may contact you by phone.

Q: I ALREADY HAVE A DOMAIN NAME, CAN I USE IT?

A: Yes we will redelegate the domain name to the Ozetrades server. Then we can design and / or host the site for you.

Q: CAN WE SEE SOME SAMPLE SITES?

A: Yes, please go to the our clients page to view some of our latest sites.

Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET A WEB SITE THROUGH OZETRADES?

A: Ozetrades33 costs $33 per month inc GST. Ozetrades11 is $11 per month inc GST. Refer to What we do for more information.

Q: HOW DO WE PAY?

A: You pay by credit card. The payment is due quarterly in advance and is debited automatically from your account via PayPal

Q: CAN WE HAVE OUR OWN DESIGN?

A: Yes, our customised design process allows you to introduce your existing artwork, including your own logo, colours and images. This artwork should be provided in an acceptable format (eg. jpeg. or .gif) for direct insertion into your web page, we do not provide a graphic art service. We simply slot your artwork into your new Ozetrades web site.

Q: HOW MANY PAGES DO I GET ON MY WEBSITE?

A: Usually our clients find that a 5-10 web site is more than adequate for their first site. Later you can add further pages to your site, via your monthly page edit / addition option. Please contact customer service for more information.

Q: CAN I HAVE AN E-MAIL SERVICE WITH THE SITE?

A: Yes you may have email addresses. Each address has a 10MB capacity limit.

Q: DO I NEED A WEB ADDRESS (DOMAIN NAME)?

A:Yes if you do not already own a domain name we will need to register one. An Ozetrades team member will manage the registration process for you.
